Task-based screens simplify day-to-day admin. Roles control who can add users, issue cards, change time zones or run reports. We set up standard naming templates for doors, areas and lifts so reports are readable and searchable. Bulk tools handle large user imports and batch credential issue.
Mobile credentials and app
Where supported, issue mobile credentials alongside cards and fobs for an easy transition. Authorised staff can use the app to unlock doors, receive alerts and view relevant events. Lost phones or cards are revoked instantly, and permissions follow admin roles.
