Controller layout, which doors, readers, locks and sensors connect where, access groups and time schedules, mobile credential rollout plan, visitor workflows, lift and car park rules, intercom and CCTV touch points, admin roles, naming standards and reporting templates.

Clean terminations and labelled panels, firmware baseline, browser admin configured, test card, fob and mobile at every door, door held and forced door alarms, fail safe and fail secure verified, fire trip and break glass tested, backup taken and remote access confirmed.
