Bulk tools handle CSV imports, batch credential issue and scheduled expiries.
XECURE mobile app
Use your smartphone to manage and monitor the system, not just open doors. Issue or revoke mobile credentials, unlock doors, arm or disarm areas, view cameras and snapshots, receive and acknowledge alerts, and check event history. App permissions follow your admin roles and every action is logged for audit.
Mobile credentials
Issue phone-based access with invite links and expiry rules. A user can hold mobile and a card or fob at the same time, which makes phased rollouts simple. Lost phones or fobs are revoked instantly.
Multi site control
Manage many buildings from one login. Create common groups for cleaners, contractors or fleet, while keeping site-specific doors and schedules separate. Useful for strata managers and multi-site businesses.
Integration and automation
Tie XECURE to intercoms for managed door release and to CCTV so door events are tagged on video. Raise alerts for door held or forced door, send emails or app push, and escalate if not acknowledged.

If the internet drops, local controllers keep doors working to the last known rules. Daily automated backups protect configuration and database so recovery is quick if there is a fault. When connectivity returns, controllers sync and logs upload.

Installation and Commissioning
Clean terminations and labelled panels, firmware baseline, browser admin configured, test card, fob and mobile at every door, door held and forced door alarms, fail safe and fail secure verified, fire trip and break glass tested, backup taken and remote access confirmed.
